This new natural stone villa in Trianda has been created as a real home on Rhodes, not just a standard holiday rental. The main house offers four comfortable bedrooms (each with a balcony), two modern bathrooms and a bright open-plan living and dining area that flows directly onto wide verandas overlooking the private pool and garden.
Next to the villa stands the traditional “Pirgos” house, built in 1917 by the grandparents of the current owners. Today it is a charming extra house that can be added for guests who want more privacy – perfect for grandparents, a couple who likes their own space, or teenagers who enjoy a bit of independence while still being close to the main villa. If you book only the main villa, the Pirgo house simply stays closed and is never rented to anyone else, so the whole property and pool remain completely private for your group.
Close to the Pirgos house you will find a magnificent oak tree that is more than 200 years old. Under this tree there is a small play area with swings and a little playhouse where children can play safely in the shade while parents relax nearby. It has the feeling of an old village square under the trees, but with the privacy of your own garden.
Outside, the atmosphere is relaxed and Mediterranean: a private pool framed by olive and fruit trees, sun loungers, shaded corners to read a book, and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area that invite long summer evenings together. Villa Irianna is located just outside the village of Trianda (Ialyssos) on the island of Rhodes, Greece. The airport is roughly a 10–15 minute drive away by car or taxi.
You can reach the beach in about 15–20 minutes on foot, or a few minutes by car. Cafés, bakeries, supermarkets and tavernas in Trianda are also just a short drive or walk away.
Yes, the pool and garden are private for your group. If you only book the main villa, the Pirgo house stays closed and is not rented to anyone else. If you book the entire estate, your group uses both the main villa and the Pirgo house and still has exclusive use of the pool and garden.
The main villa sleeps 7–8 guests in four bedrooms. With the traditional Pirgo house added, the whole estate can host up to 10–11 guests (ideal for two families or a multi-generation holiday).
Yes. You can either book only the main villa, or book the entire estate (villa + Pirgo). The Pirgo house is never rented to a different group during your stay.
The beach is about a 20-minute walk from the villa and restaurants, shops and supermarkets in Trianda can be reached in roughly 10 to 15 minutes on foot. So you do not strictly need a car for everyday things. However, to discover more of Rhodes and visit other beaches and villages, it is very convenient to have a car. There is private parking on the plot right next to the villa.
Bed linen, bathroom towels, Wi-Fi, use of the private pool and final cleaning are included. Electricity and water are included under normal use. Optional extras such as airport transfer, a welcome breakfast basket and late check-out can be booked separately.
Yes, children are very welcome. There is a private pool, a spacious garden and a small play area with swings and a little playhouse under a big oak tree. Children must always be supervised by an adult around the pool.
Yes, the villa has Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the main living areas and bedrooms (exact units may depend on the final installation).
Pets are only allowed on request and must be agreed in advance in writing. Please mention this in your enquiry email.
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Late check-out until 18:00 may be possible if there is no same-day arrival; this should be requested in advance and may have an extra fee.
You can send us a booking request by email from the website buttons (for the Main Villa or the Entire Estate). We will reply with confirmation, prices for your dates and payment instructions (bank transfer or another agreed method).
Our standard policy is: more than 60 days before arrival – full refund of any payments; 60–30 days before arrival – the 30% deposit is non-refundable; less than 30 days before arrival or no-show – 100% of the rental amount is due. For full details, please see our House rules & cancellation page.
Yes, we can arrange a private airport transfer (up to 4 guests) and other extras such as a welcome breakfast basket or late check-out. We also cooperate with Waterhoppers for snorkel and dive trips. You can see the current extras on the website and request them by email.
No. Villa Irianna is a family-friendly home in a quiet residential area. Small celebrations are fine, but loud parties, events and late-night music are not allowed out of respect for our neighbours.
